I am a member of a prominent choral group - newVoices - in Appleton, Wisconsin. I have performed in a number of choral groups in the past and just joined the newVoices in summer of 2013. I love music because its enduring ability to reach out the hearts of all human-beings. I also love choral music where singers work together to create an art that allows the world to share the common emotions (love, joy, truth, hope, faith, and etc.).
The newVoices are taking the stage to Italy in July of 2015 and many singers like myself are in need of the necessary fund to support this exciting 1-week venture. So, I decided to tackle this head-on.
I have a special friend "Bill Nedd" who taught me how to jab a speedbag (see the picture of this project title). He and I are members of the Neenah-Menasha YMCA. Here is my approach: I am planning on jabbing 1,000 times a day (three days a week) until May 31, 2015. The prospect donor grants $1 for every 100 jabs. up to $50.00 or the end of project date (5/31/2015) - whichever comes first.
I would appreciate your support for my fundraising project and thank you for your time and consideration.
