So, as the title suggest, I'm going to be running a tad over 26miles in a tad under a month's time. Training is taking quite some effort but I am spurred on in the knowledge that I'm doing it for a fantastic humanitarian aid organisation called GOAL.
Their goal is to improve the living conditions of people in countries that have been severely afflicted by recent warfare and/or natural disasters. With over half the world's population living on less than $2/day it is easy to imagine what even a small contribution can do.
The simple way to score is by donating, so please, pass some money this way and help kick the negative affects of poverty away.
