Run for Nicaragua
Organized by: Bridget Graf
Everybody that knows me well knows that I love Chipotle. An average Chipotle order (bowl+chips+drink) is $10.
If you go without Chipotle ONE TIME and donate instead to mentally and physically disabled Nicaraguan children, you can provide them food, water, shelter, and professional care.
We are so lucky to be able to spend $10 without thinking, but your $10 can go much further in offering help to those in need in Mustard Seed Diriamba, Nicaragua.
I will be running in the Atlanta Thanksgiving Half Marathon to raise awareness and money for my mission trip to Nicaragua in February.
I'm not asking for a lot; in fact, I'm asking very little. Help me to help those who need it most. My goal of $5,000 will go towards providing a better life for disabled children abandoned by parents or dropped off on Mustard Seed's doorsteps. Your donation, whatever the amount, will go towards something that lasts longer than your Chipotle lunch: occupational therapy, school classes, and the ability to cater to the unique needs of each child.
We who are strong have an obligation to bear with the failings of the weak. (Romans 15:1)
