Thousands of low-income, minority students are highly motivated and ready to succeed in work and life. We developel secondary leadership vocational occupational programs in high schools designed to help low-income students get ready to graduate college ready and succeed inour communities. The goal of the "Building Careers in Beauty". The foundation's leadership program provides opportunities to explore talents and develop business skills that students can use to participate more fully in adult life—at school and life, in their communities. Scholarships for succesful participating students will be available for applicants who attain a 3.5 or higher GPA.
