When Noah first arrived to the Butterfly Home, we were unsure if he would even survive those first few days. His hydrocephalus was so severe, his head was very large and he was very ill. Thankfully, he has an amazing medical team in Shanghai, who inserted a shunt and continuously monitor him closely to adjust the pressures to make him comfortable. We are now hopeful that Noah will have a bright future, but because of his larger head circumference it can be difficult for him to sit up or for his ayis to take him outside. We have had him measured for a wheelchair with a specially adapted headrest but we need YOUR help to get Noah his wheels.
Over the last number of years, our generous supporters have come together from all corners of the world to get wheelchairs for some of our children. Annie, William, Edmund and most recently Matilda all have wheelchairs specially designed to meet their specific needs - because of YOU!
They are not ‘just’ chairs for these children. They are life changers - allowing them to see their world from a different angle, to get around easier, and to participate in daily activities! Now it's Noah's turn. Can you help him get HIS wheels?
