BENEFITING: A Rose Of Thanks
Every day and every minute civilians walk by the faces of over 700,000 veterans in North Carolina alone: and if they are not in uniform or wearing paraphernalia, they go unheard, unrecognized and have millisecond interactions with those they served while in duty. We are a group of military veterans and active military who's mission is to establish a brick and mortar museum and educational facility in honor of North Carolina's elite and commissioned servicemen and women. In this arena we will be inducting 15 honorary North Carolina military members, both living and deceased, annually into a hallowed space, as well as displaying war memorabilia from wars dating back to the early 1900's. This memorial will also be an arena of interaction and education between our loving public citizens and our beloved veterans. The veterans will have a place to tell their stories, express their hearts and give back to their communities. Their missions may be complete, but the need to feel wanted and to serve continues even more. Our current mission is to raise funds, through CrowdRise to host various events leading to our facilities grand opening: which we, along with local and state politicians, anticipate to be in the Fall of 2018. The events being hosted from the funds gained from our CrowdRise effort will include (but not be limited to), local community forums, North Carolina Military Veterans Hall of Fame awareness events and other fundraising atmospheres to reach the ultimate goal needed for building. You may visit our official web page at www.ncmvhof.org for more information. You may also contact us with the individual personnel information provided on the site. The information, in regards to this CrowdRise page may be shared. This is the only page organized for this effort. Please report all others to ourselves or the staff at CrowdRise. Thank you and God bless you.
