THE STORY:
RIGHT NOW:
One of the easiest ways to refugee families in South Sudan is to send nets and save lives with the UN Foundation’s Nothing But Nets campaign. We’re acting quickly with the UN Refugee Agency to send 100,000 life-saving nets to protect families from malaria, a leading cause of death among refugees. And we need YOUR help.
Nothing But Nets is a global, grassroots campaign to save lives by preventing malaria, a leading killer of children in Africa. Inspired by sports columnist Rick Reilly, hundreds of thousands of people have joined the campaign that was created by the UN Foundation in 2006. Campaign partners include the National Basketball Association’s NBA Cares, The people of The United Methodist Church, and Major League Soccer’s MLS W.O.R.K.S.
Just $10 provides an insecticide-treated bed net that can prevent this deadly disease. To learn more, visit NothingButNets.net.
Malaria kills. Nets save lives. Send a net. Save a life!
Together we can cover a continent.
