BENEFITING: PALOMAR UNITARIAN UNIVERSALIST
EVENT DATE: Jul 31, 2014
The Palomar UU Fellowship Peace & Justice Ministry needs your help to raise $2,500 to advocate for desperately needed immigration reform. We want to help send a high powered team to participate in actions in Washington DC. They will be putting their bodies on the line because bodies matter.
The Reverend Dr. Beth Johnson of Palomar UU Fellowship, and Katia Hansen, Director of Programs and Development at UURISE need your support to travel to Washington DC to participate in multiple actions:
"Pray for Relief: Not One More Family Separated" Faith Summit and Action from July 31 - August 1, 2014. Rev. Beth will participate in planned civil disobedience, and Katia will participate as a support person. Unitarian Universalists from around the country will be joining other faith communities for this witness.
