I would really appreciate your support...
On November 2nd, I am running in the NYC Marathon for the kids of the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp. I am running 26.2 miles to raise awareness and funds for the kids who are battling serious illnesses, everyday!!
Please join me in working to reach my goal by donating a token amount. I’m hoping to raise small amounts(~$10 / £6.22!) to benefit the mission of the Hole in the Wall Camp! The smallest donation is GREATLY appreciated!
Founded by Paul Newman in 1988, The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp is dedicated to providing "a different kind of healing" to seriously ill children and their families throughout the Northeast, free of charge. It's a community that celebrates the fun, friendship and spirit of childhood where every kid can "raise a little hell.
In September, I visited the camp in Ashford (CT) with some others from Barclays. The weekend was a truly inspirational experience. A group of us were given a tour of Camp by CEO Jimmy Canton before taking part in the 5K trail run. After the race we ate lunch in the dining hall and listened to Jack, a current camper, who spoke about how the profound impact of camp changed his life. This year Camp has served 20,000 children and family members through summer sessions, family weekend programs and year-round outreach programs. All services are free of charge. Through your generous donation, YOU are helping children like Jack. Thank you.
