2015 brings new challenges, new races, and new opportunities to help our great families with kids battling chronic and life-threatening illnesses. Recently iTri4Kids helped the family of Sara, a twelve year old girl with a specific type of cerebral palsey known as spastic quadriplegia. Their medical costs, without their insurance, routinely exceed $300,000 per year for the care of their daughter and Sara has been hospitalized more than 150 times in her 12 years. It's kids like Sara that make your participation and your donations invaluable to iTri4Kids and to the family.
This year, I am participating for the first time in the New York City Triathlon. The race consists of a 1500m swin in the Hudson River, a 40km bike on the West Side Highway up to the Bronx and back, and finishes with a 10k run through Central Park. This iconic City is my chosen race this year to raise money for iTri4Kids. I hope that you will join with me in making any donation, big or small, to brighten the lives of families facing the battle of their life. Thank you in advance for all of your support!
