We would appreciate any support from the community. We need volunteers. Donations would be greatly appreciated.
Mission statement - Today I will lead my team down the path to better health. It is my hope that as we continue, we will prevent, delay, reverse, the effects of aging and disease.
As I take each step today, not only will I be progressing forward, I will be lifting myself and others upward, walking together,
Laughter may be the best medicine, but when you are in pain, you don't laugh, you cry. May the only tears we shed, be tears of joy.
