I'll keep this pretty simple. I'd like to thank Dave McAdams for inviting me to participate in this years event. Over the last year, my dad was diagnosed with prostate cancer. He had it treated but wanted to gather a second opinion to make sure it was fully eradicated. That second opinion led to additional treatments, including radiation.
Happy to say that he is doing well and counting down to making a move to Florida. I hands down would have done this tournament regardless, but it makes it a bit more special to participate after this disease touched so close to home.
Dad, playing with you and Nana both in mind...
It is with a heavy heart that we have learned of another family member who is starting their battle with this terrible disease. Stay strong Auntie.

Our 8th Annual Golf Marathon will be held at Juniper Hill Golf Course (36 hole facility) in Northboro, MA. What is a golf marathon? An unbelievable day of camaraderie, golf, and great memories where 60+ golfers of all skill levels are sponsored to play 100 holes of golf in one day, raising over $250,000 collectively to positively impact the life of cancer patients. Proceeds from this year's event will be directed to The Joe Andruzzi Foundation, providing financial assistance to cancer patients and their families, helping them focus on recovery – not bills.
