Join me as I Run 'Til It Hz (get it?) to promote the importance of STEM education and the amazing work that I am proud to boast my organization does to create future generations of scientists, doctors, researchers, and engineers! If you think the Museum of Science + Industry is only about awesome exhibits, I urge you to take a look at what we're doing in science education: www.msichicago.org/education/welcome-to-science/
Never in my life have I ever even considered running 26.2 miles, but considering all I see happening in the world right now, I decided to take on this challenge to preserve humanity's instinctive right to be curious. This is for the hundreds of wide-eyed, little faces that I pass every day who walk in eager to learn; for every person that has ever asked "how", "can we", "what's next"; for my little boy that constantly asks me "why"; and for anyone who has ever benefited from the incredible (technological, medicinal, and societal) advancements that have come about as a result of these questions.
So welcome to my journey and please help me achieve my goal! I will be posting updates here as I progress, so feel free to check in often to send me love, encouragement and...yup...dollars! Thank you so much for your support and LONG LIVE CURIOSITY!
