We recommend that guests arrive in White River Junction no later than Sunday, and depart Wednesday morning, to take full advantage of the opportunity to enjoy the villlage and your time here. White River Junction is conveniently located at the intersection of Interstates 89 and 91, on the border of Vermont and New Hampshire, and is a two-hour drive or less from major New England airports including Boston Logan International in Boston, MA; Burlington International in Burlington, VT; Manchester-Boston Regional Airport in Manchester, NH, and Bradley International in Windsor Locks, CT, served by major national airlines.

We recommend staying at our conference hotel, the quaint, historic Hotel Coolidge. When making your reservations, you can call the hotel directly, quoting the booking code "quinism", to receive a $10 per night discount on the cost of your room. Book now as accomodations at this historic hotel are limited. For those seeking more modern accomodations, a variety of national chains are available about mile away from the village center.

White River Junction is a charming, walkable railroad village with plenty to see and do throughout the day. While staying in the village, you can choose from a range of restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including the Hotel Coolidge's own Cafe Renee, nearby Tuckerbox and Piecemeal Pies, Phnom Penh Sandwich Station, Big Fatty's BBQ, Trailbreak Taps + Tacos, Elixir, and Thyme. For those arriving early, consider takign in a show at White River Junction's own stage company, Northern Stage. If you enjoy the outdoors, pack your walking shoes and enjoy hiking the nearby Quechee Gorge, or Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Park. For a change of scenery, plan to visit the nearby villages of Norwich, Woodstock, and Hanover, NH, home of Dartmouth College.

Funds raised through registration will help fund the cost of sponsoring our guest speakers; renting our meeting facility, the Vermont Room; and providing attendees with refreshments and social events.

You can register now to attend the two-day event in person and donate in support of your attendance. If you cannot travel to Vermont to attend the meeting in person, your donation will support the hosting of the meeting, and archiving of meeting materials for non-attendees.

We look forward to meeting you soon at our 2019 Annnual Meeting!
