Maternal Mental Health (MMH) is an issue very dear to my heart. One in five women in the US are affected by MMH Disorders yet they remain one of the least diagnosed complications of pregnancy, childbirth and new motherhood. Too many new mothers are suffering in silence. As many of you know, I suffered from postpartum depression and PTSD after the birth of my two children, Jack and Gemma. That was almost twelve years ago and the circle of survivors, change makers, visionaries, advocates and ambassadors continues to grow. Please consider joining me and my children as we walk to make a bold impact for motherhood and break the stigma associated with maternal mental health disorders. If you are unable to walk with us, please consider sponsoring us. Every dollar you pledge for us goes directly to 2020 Mom, a national nonprofit making a direct impact on the ground for mothers. Thank you so much!
