On November 5, 2017 I will be running my first marathon, the TCS New York City Marathon. Shorty after I moved to New York for school, I met Alison Kaphan, a fellow physical therapist and friend for life. She was by my side for all three years of PT school, and still is today. While we were in school, Ali found out that her father, Mitchell (Mitch) Kaphan, was diagnosed with Mantle Cell Lymphoma. Since then, I have seen the Kaphan family come together (even more so) to help Mitch fight and defeat this cancer. And when I say Mitch is a fighter, he is a FIGHTER. That is why I have decided to raise money as I run the NYC Marathon to help Mitch fight. Please help support Team Mitch, his team for the Light The Night Event, by making a donation. Anything counts and EVERYTHING helps! Thank you!
