Orange - the color for losing a sibling to suicide.
Dear Friends and Family,
On June 22nd, I am running the Duluth, Minnesota Grandma's Marathon to help raise awareness for suicide prevention. This is a cause close to my heart as I lost my older brother three years ago on February 4th. Each day, it is estimated that 129 people lose hope and take their own lives in the US alone. Suicide does not solve problems, but compounds them onto everyone around, especially onto those who are closest.
Your support will help prevent other families like mine from suffering the loss of a loved one to suicide. Donations will go directly to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, providing hope to those who are struggling.
Please consider helping me with this amazing cause today! You can also visit the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention to learn more.
