My wife Kristin was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis in 2016 after years of undiagnosed pain. In the last year we have had to learn as much as we could about this rare disease which silently attacks joints within the body.
In August she was hospitalized for four days and, despite the best intentions of her medical care providers, we were shocked to realize how little is known about treatment. During her stay I began researching what I could do to help and it occurred to me that the best I can do is be an advocate for those battling.
What I'm proud to share today is my commitment to give to the Spondylitis Association of America. With every engagement I do (college, corporate, organization) a portion of all proceeds will go to SAA and help their mission of raising awareness and funding research.
If you have ever wanted to hear me speak (or have in the past) know that you are also helping those who suffer from this condition. If you'd like to donate yourself, I have created a portal (linked below) where you can join me.
Together we are AS Strong As Ever.
