Hi, I’m Allison!
I’m a mother, a runner, and a senior business development leader at Rapid7, a partner of TUGG (Technology Underwriting Greater Good).
TUGG connects tech entrepreneurs with local community, and catalyzes innovative social enterprises. This year, TUGG brought together four runners (all female!) to run for causes that are not only impactful and near and dear to our hearts, but also that have common ground with the tech community.
I believe Best Buddies shares an important characteristic with the tech community: both believe in the importance of merit. At Rapid7, in Boston tech, and at Best Buddies, we believe a willingness to work hard, be a part of a team, and learn on the job are the key factors that creates success.
In 2015, I competed with Best Buddies in the Best Buddies Challenge as a cyclist. I’m excited to be back with Best Buddies, this time #racingforinclusion in my SIXTH Boston Marathon.
If you believe in supporting a diverse work environment and creating opportunity for all through integrated employment and leadership development, join me in supporting Best Buddies.
