Hi There, Let's Spread Success! $10 can go a long way through 11/27 -12/31. ———————————————————————Let's Support a Non-Profit Who Targets Several Pasadena Students To achieve a Degree! ———————————————————————-
I am Rebeca Itzel Souza. College Access Plan gave me the strength and resources to pursue in earning my degree. I am a first generation chicana college graduate. Freshman year was beyond unexpected. I made the decision to have a college career 14 hours away from home. Homesickness was overbearing. Being a family orientated person away from home and being the first person within my family to go though the college experience was unfathomable. Thankfully, I gained emotional and educational support from my fellow CAP Family. College Access Plan is more than just a resource. It is college support at its best because many of the staff members are first generation and have been where majority of us have stood. My sister, Alina Souza, received the right resources to submit her college applications. Alina is now a freshman at UC Merced. My brother, Emanuel Souza, will receive college readiness at Blair Middle School through CAP's Middle School After School Program. Our parents are relieved that the College Access Plan exists. "Without the College Access Plan, we would not know what to do." - Isaac Souza. ———————————————————————Lets Help College Access Plan Provide Key Knowledge and Meaningful Support to Students Who Attend or Have Graduated From Public Schools in Pasadena, California!
