Hello! Thank you for reading my campaign story!
With the school year approaching, Haley’s Helping Hands is running a "flash fundraiser" to raise money to purchase computers (as many as funds will allow) for students in need. HHH is partnering exclusively with the María de la Paz Youth Outreach Center at the Center of Help, an educational community center for Hispanic - Latinos in the Annapolis area. The students who attend this daily program are middle and high school students.
Using the funds raised from this campaign, HHH will purchase as many computers as possible for students to take home and call their own. Students receiving the computers must attend the Center of Help's daily educational program and must demonstrate need as determined by the program.
Thank you so much for considering a donation to this campaign, which will run through August 30th. Every penny raised will go directly toward purchasing computers for the incredible students at the María de la Paz Youth Outreach Center at the Center of Help!

A little about HHH in general...
When I was nine, I realized I wanted to help people. At first, I wasn't sure exactly how, and honestly, I thought I had to wait until I was "older" to do anything. but then I saw a story about kids my age helping others, and it wasn't long after that that Haley's Helping Hands of Maryland, Inc. was born.
The primary mission of HHH is to support individuals and families in need of assistance by providing gently used clothing, shoes and sports equipment. All items are shipped to families at no cost using funds I raise through campaigns like this! Those in need can contact me through my Facebook page or my website, and once I have the order, I fill it and send it off. My goal is to provide three outfits per person along with shoes, jackets, hats/gloves/scarves (in the winter) and other items like blankets based on inventory. I also provide new undergarments as funds permit.
Some Numbers: In 2017, HHH supported 257 families with clothing and shoes, which is about 6,425 items with a shipping cost of approximately $5,150. We also provided football and basketball scholarships to several children. HHH saw a HUGE jump in 2018 and supported 475 families in need, which is about 11,875 items with a shipping cost of approximately $10,000. In 2018, HHH also provided football, baseball and cheerleading scholarships, as well as fifteen new field hockey sticks for a local high school team. New in 2018, HHH provided 75 sets of school supplies to families in need of help! As for 2019, we are on track to ship at least one box per day!
