PEDAL FOR PREVENTION
The YMCA is committed to improving the quality of life for individuals of all ages through fitness, wellness, aquatics and also spirit, mind and body programs. Just as important is the YMCA’s work to address serious health issues with chronic disease prevention and recovery programs.
LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is a FREE program that offers adults affected by cancer a safe, supportive environment to participate in physical and social activities focused on strengthening the whole person to help them toward recovery.
