Please join Michigan Ross alumni as we coordinate support for Hurricane Irma relief efforts. If you are looking to provide financial assistance to those communities affected, you may do so here.
Our funds will contribute specifically to the American Red Cross's Hurricane Irma Relief Campaign, which is responsible for setting up dozens of shelters for the thousands of people who will be displaced by the hurricane -- potentially for months on end -- in addition to providing food and other on-the-ground resources. Supporting the ARC will allow our donations to reach and serve an extremely wide swath of people.
Let's show the best of our maize and blue spirit through our support of friends, colleagues, current Ross students, and fellow citizens in the areas stricken by Hurricane Irma. Go Blue.
From the American Red Cross:
"The American Red Cross is getting ready to respond as powerful Hurricane Irma nears the United States and its territories, while continuing to help people impacted by Hurricane Harvey. Hurricane Irma is currently a Category Five storm with winds as high as 180 mph, and people in the possible path of this storm should monitor weather reports and get prepared now.
You can help people affected by Hurricane Irma by joining us as a fundraiser or making a donation today. When communities stand up to help others, we can bring hope to families even in their darkest moments Your support helps the Red Cross prepare for, respond to and recover from this disaster. "
