Chicago Animal Care and Control is flooded with moms and kittens right now. With Hurricane Harvey devastating so many communities, a lot of rescue focus and funding has gone down to Texas. Unfortunately, that has left the cats and dogs of Chicago with fewer chances for rescue. On top of that, it is kitten season, and the shelters are beyond full.
We'd like to rescue a few more sets of orphaned kittens (and maybe a mom and babies, too). We need to raise $1,000 to feel comfortable that we can provide medical care for them. Will you consider donating or sharing to make this possible?
