Now 3 years and 3 months cancer free, I will be running the Boston Marathon for my 4th year in a row with The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp for children with serious and life threatening illnesses, so once again or maybe for your first time, I ask you to join with me and help me help the kids. It's a great way to give back and show these children and their families that you care by making a real difference in their lives. The children, their families and you will be blessed as a result. It's a very rewarding experience knowing that you are making a difference. It's all about the kids.
Founded in 1988 by Paul Newman, The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp is a community dedicated to providing “a different kind of healing” to children and their families coping with cancer, sickle cell anemia and other serious illnesses. Through summer sessions and family weekend programs at the Camp in Ashford, Connecticut, and year-round outreach to hospitals and clinics throughout the Northeast, the Camp serves more than 20,000 children and family members annually. All services are free of charge.
