Illinois Ability Sports is located in Havana Illinois. Havana Illinois is nearly smack dab in the middle of St. Louis, Chicago, and Indianapolis. We are dedicated to serving our local School District in this rural area to provide many Youth Activities for children of all abilities. Havana CUSD #126 has well over 170 Special Education Students without any after school recreational activites until now. The Havana CUSD #126 has formed their first ever "Havana Special Olympics" team in History.
Illinois Ability Sports is rasing money in this campaign to help fund a ADA Playground Behind the Jr. High School ($40,000), Small Splash Pad for the Pre-Schoolers and Students of all abilities ($25,000), and repairs to the Out Door Rest Room Building ($40,000).
Anything over the requested $120,000 will help fund the "Havana Special Olympics", our Annual "Havana NFL Fuel Up To Play 60" Day for over 600 students, and other community programs.
Havana is a lower income area of the Midwest with over 50% of it's students on the National Free/Reduced Lunch Program and Funding is just not there. Havana CUSD #126 is a hub School District for smaller minucipalities for their children to get a great education and become outstanding leaders in our communities.
Your donations will be a part of this great legacy project for many generations of students to enjoy.
Thank you for your time and support to make this all happen for some really great children.
