December 4th 2015 was the scariest day of my life. Cancer is something you never want to hear. Those first few weeks waiting for results are terror, hoping for the best and fearing the worst. At the age of 23 I was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins-lymphoma. After 6 rounds of chemo and 6 weeks of radiation I beat Cancer. I am so thankful for LLS's financial support as Cancer can cause a huge burden on a person's life in many aspects. March of 2018 marks my 2 years in remission, so this year I decided to give up my birthday for charity to help those in need in hopes of making a real-life impact. I hope that you can find it in your heart's to donate anything helps, Imagine a world with more birthdays!
