This page is dedicated to raising funds for those affected by Hurricane Harvey. As future public health professionals and compassionate onlookers, we know it is difficult to sit back helplessly as we hear stories about those devastated by this hurricane. We felt it important to provide an outlet through which people can contribute to the cause from remote locations. Any amount that you are willing to share helps. An easy way to find funds within a tight budget is to substitute your daily coffee with a donation. Please feel free to share this page with alumni schools, friends, family and other programs within the Johns Hopkins Network.
All funds raised will go to The Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund, which was founded by Houston’s Mayor Turner through the Greater Houston Community Foundation. It is a well-known philanthropic organization based in Houston. This organization is made by locals, for locals and is the most direct way to give.
