Girls Gone Rx isn't just another competition, this is event that show cases women's strengths and weaknesses in support of each other during different challenges as its important to remember you are strong even when you aren't feeling strong. Many of us know women or know of women who have been impacted by cancer and have seen the challenges they face, but have seen many women but on a fearless face even when feeling weak. We have seen women fight through the obstacles they face to overcome. "Fight like a Girl" has more strength behind those words than you could ever imagine. I have seen woman be determined to beat the odds and this competition is in support of women all over who are battling to "beat the odds" or who are fighting daily. As women we have to empower each other and lift them up and be supportive of each other. As we go into this please support us by raising awareness and supporting the cause that Girls Gone RX was set up to do! We are here to Change the Odds and make a difference for woman everywhere by creating awareness and supporting them through challenges they face! Strong Women Lift Each Other Up and Empower each other with strength and support.
Every U.S. Girls Gone Rx event raises money for the breast cancer charity, Bright Pink. Everyone involved in the events, from judges to volunteers to vendors and athletes, are committed to the cause. This is not just another competition - it’s an energy-fueled event built on a shared belief in supporting something greater than ourselves. Every dollar raised fuels Bright Pink’s mission through programs that aim to educate young women and their health providers on the importance of prevention and early detection.
