Lois Cormack resides in the rural town of Bradford, Ontario – located north of Toronto – with her husband Wally, who together have two grown children.
She is President and Chief Executive Officer of Sienna Senior Living, where she has led the company through growth and transformation to become one of Canada’s most respected seniors’ living providers. Sienna has 87 seniors' living residences with 12,000 team members who help over 11,000 residents live fully, every day. With Alzheimer’s and related dementias affecting over 60% of Sienna residents, Lois has raised funds and awareness of Alzheimer’s for many years. Her passion to improve the lives of seniors living with dementia and their families is truly the driving force behind her participation. She is excited to continue to support the cause and be part of this amazing ride.
Lois has a passion for cycling and participates in many rides in support of her community and local charities, raising funds dedicated to seniors and youth, and greater awareness for mental health and child cancer. She is also actively involved in numerous national not-for-profits serving seniors. Her favorite vacations revolve around multi-day cycling tours throughout Canada, the US and Europe.
For her, doing something she loves together with raising funds for a cause near and dear to her heart, her decision to join Pedal for Alzheimer’s was a natural fit.
Please help Lois with her goal of raising funds for lifesaving Alzheimer’s research.
