We have completed the re-roofing project of this donated beautiful historic downtown building and are now in the second phase of turning the space into a wonderful 99 seat Black Box Community Theater. This phase consists of installing a Fire retardant sprinkler system in the building for our audiences safety and to be in compliance with zoning codes. During the installation, the inside of the building will be gutted to make way for seating, a giant turntable stage, and lobby. It is exciting to be this far into the project transforming this space into a place where magic happens but it is also a long process. Each project is started and finished after raising the money, and then we move on to the next project and are that much closer to moving out of the rented space we are currently occupying.. We hope to have the money raised for the installation by Spring of 2018, so if you love theater and want to help us out, this part of our wonderful state truly needs and deserves its own thriving community theater!
