I believe that every child deserves for all of their wishes to come true. And, as a new mom, I understand why a parent would do everything possible to make their child's dreams a reality. There is nothing that brings more meaning and joy to my life than seeing my son, Merritt, smile each day.
This is why I am honored to have been chosen to represent Make-A-Wish® Massachusetts and Rhode Island at the 122nd Boston Marathon on April 16, 2018! It is my goal, that by running in the Boston Marathon as a member of Make-A-Wish® Massachusetts and Rhode Island's team, I can help change the lives of wish children and their families and fund the wishes of these deserving children.
I have committed to raising $10,000 to benefit Make-A-Wish® Massachusetts and Rhode Island. As I run from Hopkinton to Boston, I will be motivated to reach the finish line thanks to your support and the fact that, together, we are making a child smile by making their dream a reality.
Make-A-Wish® Massachusetts and Rhode Island is a non-profit organization that grants wishes to children, aged 2 ½ to 18, with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength, and joy.
