Matthew 25: Ministries has grown rapidly in recent years, thanks to the generosity of our volunteers and donors. We’ve received an incredible outpouring of support for our disaster response efforts as well as our ongoing work with the poorest of the poor. As a result, we’ve been able to grow at an extraordinary rate, increasing by 10% in 2017 alone.
Matthew 25: Ministries now ships more than 16 million pounds of aid a year—that’s over 900 truckloads—helping more than 20 million people here in Cincinnati, throughout the U.S. and around the world.
In order to continue reaching more people in need, it’s time for us to expand our facilities. We need more space to accept more donations, welcome more volunteers, manufacture more products, and ship more truckloads of aid. With more space, we can help more people.
Our Growth Campaign includes a warehouse and parking expansion, including a 34,000 square-foot warehouse that will hold an additional 3,800 pallets of aid; an office relocation and expansion that will provide more space for volunteers (more than 70,000 volunteers in 2017, each of whom played an essential role in processing products and getting aid ready for shipment); additional costsaving and efficiency-enhancing improvements including a solar energy system that will provide 43% of Matthew 25's energy needs.
Each project has been very carefully and purposefully planned to increase the impact we have on the poorest of the poor and disaster victims.
By supporting our Growth Campaign, you are supporting a permanent and ongoing part of our work. Your gift will keep helping people year after year after year and will multiply many times over, impacting generations of people in need.
