I wear my hand made back pack with pride. The same pride Josue, a husband, father and role model, used in making it. You can see the passion in each stitch ... carefully placed zippers on the bag and the amazing creativity of the bag. He makes bags for the children in the community who attend school ... and to help bring income to his family. When I look into his eyes, see his wide grin, the pride is so very evident ... this is why I join the Run Across Haiti. To help show my pride in giving hope to the amazing people in Menalas, where WORK's mission is to create jobs and give hope to many. It's not often you can help change the world and run across a country!
