I have ran for OAR in 2016 in the Marine Corp Marathon and in 2017 I ran the Pittsburgh Marathon for OAR. Now in 2018 I will be running the Chicago Marathon for OAR. I appreciate all the support I get as a runner and the support my family gets when they come out to watch me run. My son and daughter are my biggest encouragers for running, they are both on the spectrum of autism, and truly inspire me to continue to go beyond my limits as I see them conquer many things each and every day.
WHY RUN FOR AUTISM?
1 in 68 children in the United States are diagnosed with autism. By joining the team, you're supporting OAR's mission to fund research and resources that help people with autism and their families today.
