Park City, Utah
My family has been touched by cancer, as many have. My father, brother, uncle and aunts. This is a way for me to be part of a solution that is bigger than I am. Participating in this event is a chance of a lifetime.
I ride for my family and others that are fighting or have lost to cancer. My father and brother have beaten cancer but other family members were not so lucky. This is my way to honor them and help provide future solutions for others. My family is everything to me and have been there for me in good and bad. Honoring and supporting them is a cause that is close to my heart.
I have seen what patients go through and everything else means very little when you are fighting for your life. Their battle inspires me to focus on what is truly important in life...helping others and leaving this world a better place than what it was.
I hope to bring local awareness and help people understand that we can all make a difference. Big or small, financial or time, locally or nationally – every little bit helps.
My message to cancer
You haven't won...you haven't defeated us...you will not break us!
