The Southern Food & Beverage Museum, a division of the National Food & Beverage Foundation, opened in June 2008. In 2014 the museum renovated the historic Dryades Market, expanding the exhibits to include each of the 16 Southern states and opening a demonstration kitchen with resources and programs for cooks of all ages. We’ve welcomed visitors from around the world and satisfied their craving for knowledge of the food and history of this unique region.
Help us kick-off our 10 year anniversary party of 2018 with a monetary contribution this year. Here’s to 10 more years of discovering, understanding, and celebrating the food, drink, and culture of the world through the eyes of the South!
Your dollars go directly into the Foundation, supporting our programs in all of our divisions. You'll help fund new exhibitions exploring the food of the South, develop new programs for children, and buy new books for our Culinary Library. Your support is what keeps these resources available to the public, and helps everyone connect with their culinary heritage.
