Imagine a world where everyone is celebrated, respected and included exactly as they are! Kindness and empathy matter -- this is the world that NYC Kids Project is helping to create.
NYC Kids Project uses puppetry and theatre to teach children of all abilities to embrace diversity, question stereotypes, and show respect for all.
NYC Kids Project programs have performed in schools and neighborhoods for over thirty years in all five boroughs. We encourage audiences to examine bias and focus on our similarities, not our differences.
Our Goal: NYC Kids Project needs your help. Because of budgetary constraints, some public schools cannot take advantage of our vital message that everyone is valuable and unique. Your donation will help underwrite NYC Kids Project performances in these schools and community centers.
Our fundraising goal of $15,000 would allow us to underwrite performances in 15 schools from Pre- K through 5th grade. Please help us to help to bring this message of diversity and inclusion to more children!
