I am a 7 year survivor of Pancreatic Cancer and I am participating in a 5K walk in June dedicated to a woman who died of Pancreatic Cancer, and the run was started by her living son. There has been only $200,000 in federal funding to finance research into a cure, which is only a drop in the bucket for the #2 cause of death by cancer in 2018. Donate if you can, but more importantly be aware of the symptoms of this insidious disease. My only symptoms were bizarre anaphylactic reactions, and increasingly severe pain in my upper back that was believed to be caused by an injury at work. Spread the word. This disease can be survivable if caught early. Thank you!
