Today, ethical opinion journalism and Freedom of the Press create a forum for the free expression of diverse perspectives.
In order to provide educational opportunities for columnists, bloggers, and other opinion writers, the National Society of Newspaper Columnists Education Foundation (NSNCEF) has partnered with the National Society of Newspaper Columnists at NSNC's annual conference for columnists and bloggers.
The 2018 NSNC Annual Conference will be held June 7-10, in Cincinnati, Ohio. The event will offer many practical courses and inspiring keynote speakers. NSNC's 2018 conference will include how-to workshops, new media experts, Pulitzer Prize winning columnist Connie Schultz, the director of marketing for indy publisher Smashwords, award-winning social justice columnist Rochelle Riley, and one-on-one pitch sessions with prominent literary agents.
Through contributions from interested donors, NSNCEF will be able to sponsor sessions at the NSNC's 42nd Annual Columnists Conference, making it possible for columnists everywhere to pursue their craft ethically.
Here's how donations of all sizes can support NSNCEF's training sessions*:
$25: Your donation will go toward audio visual requirements for conference educational programs.
$100: Your donation will pay the cost to copy ten conference booklets.
