Living with mental illness is not uncommon, but there is help. Afffordable mental health counseling is available from the San Fernando Valley Counseling Center.

*Approximately 1 in 5 youth aged 13–18 (21.4%) experiences a severe mental disorder at some point during their life. For children aged 8–15, the estimate is 13%
Mental health can be costly, but for our local community we can remove the stigma by providing accessible low-cost counseling to the San Fernando Valley.
The San Fernando Valley Counseling Center was established in 1971. In its 47-year history, the Center has provided low-cost mental health services to the community in the San Fernando Valley. Since 2011 we have provided services to over 3000 clients.
Join us in supporting these low-cost mental health counseling services to children, families, and individuals living in the San Fernando Valley area. With your donations, we can keep our doors open and change lives.
