The PART Sanctuary in Manila is home of hundreds of cats and dogs, rescued by dedicated group of volunteers. They go out at all hours of the night, under difficult conditions and sometimes even risk their own safety to rescue abused, neglected, injured and abandoned animals. They do so a lot with few resources. Today, they discovered that during the typhoon that hit Manila, the roof and possibly the whole building that shelters the cats, was hit by a falling tree. Thankfully no animals were hurt, but the structue is heavily damaged and they urgently need resources to repair it. While we are looking for funds to repair the structure, we are hoping for some funds to "build back better" and give the rescue animals a few "luxuries" like a few cat trees aside from a roof! I know that this is a time where there are calls for help from many deserving causes, but if you can spare a few dollars to help the Sactuary, know that you will be helping an amazing organization.
