We are a very small non profit that serves the homeless and veterans. We collaborate with Humane Society's PAWS program, St. Albans Episcopal Church in El Cajon, CA, Veterans Village in San Diego and Nathan a case manager with CA. Dept. of Disability. We have gotten homeless veterans into housing, provided a young veteran with some funds to start an small business online, hand out pet food to the homeless people with pets, run a laundry service each week for the homeless people which is financed by St. Albans Episcopal Church. We are hands on, face to face with the people. We are all volunteers. The money goes for direct services. We provide hygiene for the women, socks for men, women and children. We have many homeless people with incomes...fixed or work related incomes. They cannot afford apartments because of the cost of living. We would help out with bus passes, perhaps some classes or even deposits. Any more ideas? We are Inspired Life Centers. We network with veterans all over the country, and focus on the homeless people in the East County of San Diego. We have been around a couple years and find ourselves growing. So now we are seeking some help. Please share this with friends and family. Questions? Ask them. Thank you.
