Hi there! How many of you Helena locals value our extensive and well-maintained trail systems? Maybe you take a weekly or daily stroll, run, bike from Davis Gulch or Beattie Street? Maybe you even step out your backdoor on the base of Mt. Helena directly onto miles of trails traversing Ascension to Remini. I'll bet you bring your dog (s) with you. I'll bet you don't even have to put them on a leash.
Do you pause momentarily to realize how lucky you and your canine companion are? Here you are living in this Rocky mountain town and you don't even have to DRIVE to get onto the Continental Divide.
As your dogs hang-loose exploring the various scents along the trails your eyes pan the horizon taking in the Scratch gravel and Belt ranges. Everywhere you look there is public land to explore. Thanks to the Prickly Pear Land Trust you and your pack get to range on well maintained single-track. It's time you pledge your support and help maintain the idea for future Helenans.
Please help me meet my goal to raise $1000 dollars for the Prickly Pear Land Trust by May 12th.
Thank you and Happy Trails!
