We have far too many young people getting injured in sports because they are not taught the BEST way to train. They are taught this "Old School" practices with heavy unsupervised weight training, over training, poor nutrition and hydration, bad coaching and a more is better attitude. Combine that with rigorous homework and little sleep. A total disaster for many. Tired bodies mean poor form and fatigued muscles.

The TB12 Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to maximizing the health, well-being, and athletic potential of elite young American amateur athletes by providing free access to the best available post-injury rehabilitation and performance enhancement services.
We achieve our mission through one-on-one sessions with promising young athletes who are selected for participation in our program, and by conducting educational events with groups of high-potential athletes from schools that have limited access to resources.
