Help us help the elephants!
The smallest donation can make the biggest difference when it comes to saving the elephants from ivory poachers and the increasing trend towards extinction.
An estimated 80 African elephants are killed each day by poachers and their numbers have decreased by 62% in the last decade.
Come join our 5K walk at the Enormous Elephant Run on March 9 at Griffith Park or use this link to donate even a few dollars to raise money for The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust who operates the world’s most successful orphan elephant rescue and rehabilitation program in East Africa.
With over 300 rescues and reintegrations into the wild during their 40 years of dedication, the DSWT continues to work tirelessly to elevate relationships between people and animals so that conservation is the economical and cultural priority of the African culture.

Any amount is appreciated!
This organization has a special place in my heart and this summer I will be visiting the Nairobi orphanage with Amy and Rocky to see the young elephants that we've fostered. If you can join our team The Tusk Force at the Enormous Elephant Run, please do! We'd love to walk with you. If not, we hope you can make a donation to support the DSWT's continued battle against poaching.
With deep gratitude,
Gayle, the Hooker Family , Friends and the Elephants
