My son Thomas was 23 when his addiction eventually won and he went home to be with the Lord April 13th 2017. He battled 4 years with brief months of sobriety. I watched him struggle as the drug took everything from him. I watched as this 6’2” 240lb man who was one of the most talented football players I’ve seen become so broke inside that at times I didn’t recognize him. I watched helplessly as he cried on more then one occasion because this was the one thing he could not overcome and I could not fix.
I don’t want any parent to go through what I’ve gone through. Let’s fight to find a way to end addiction. Come join me and many others on May 19th at the Bridgewater State University at 9am as we walk/jog to raise $. As Tommy would always say “Let’s ride till the wheels fall off”
