Our military service members are still sacrificing for our freedom
After 16 years of continued combat in Iraq and Afghanistan, and military operations across the globe, the impacts of those separations are still a reality for service members and their families 24/7.
Our men and women in uniform are still heading overseas to protect our freedom. Military children are still saying goodbye to their Moms and Dads. Upon their return home, service members are still learning to adjust to a new normal and often transition to civilian life.
This holiday season, you can help put smiles on the faces of our service men and women and bring hope to their families, by making a donation that will help us continue providing critical, life changing and lifesaving programs that strengthen our military families.
How you can help
The USO of NC is a 501c3 nonprofit organization, not funded by the national USO, relying on the generosity of neighbors and corporate partners, and individuals like you and me. Together, we can continue to serve nearly 600,000 service members and military families every year.
A gift of $50.00 provides 75 hygiene kits to deploying military and a monthly gift of $1,000 allows 25 families to attend a program helping them reconnect. A gift of any size makes a tremendous impact on our military and their families – 93 cents of every dollar goes back into our programs. Learn more at uso-nc.org.
