As Americans brace themselves for what forecasters are calling a busy fire season this summer, thousands in Paradise, CA, are still displaced from last year’s historic and deadly Camp Fire. When Woody Faircloth saw the trail of devastation that the fire left behind, he decided to donate an RV to a displaced family. One donation led to another and Faircloth turned his good deed into a nonprofit organization. Since November 2018, RV4CampfireFamily has donated more than 65 refurbished RVs, providing temporary housing – at no cost – to people whose homes were lost to the fire.
