The YWCA Sonoma County offers:
24-Hour DV Crisis Hotline - (707) 546-1234 - our hotline fields thousands of calls a year helping families find safe solutions and exit plans.
A confidential Safe House - the ONLY shelter in Sonoma County that offers refuge for adults and children fleeing domestic violence.
A Special Place Preschool - the ONLY therapeutic preschool in the county offering counseling as well as a sound preschool education for children 3-5 years old who have witnessed violence in their home.
Therapy Program - We provide short and long-term trauma-informed, client centered therapy services. We also have, Individual counceling, child youth and family therapy services, support groups all in a safe and confidential enviornment.
Encore After Care Program - YWCA families receive ongoing support services to ensure their safety.
How you can help:
$50 - provides three hours of counseling to a child who has witnessed domestic violence
$100 - two nights of safe refuge at our Safe House
$250 - one month of 24-hour crisis hotline services
$500 - six weeks of meals for children at A Special Place Preschool
